Contrary to popular beliefs, a healthy hair cuticle is ALWAYS growing! Sometimes the things that we are doing causes our hair to thin out, break off, or create split ends. It's very important to pay attention to how we take care of our hair. When you figure out what you're doing wrong, that is the first step to your healthy hair journey! Heat styling can break and damage hair. If you often get blow-outs, use a curling, straightening iron, or hot comb, your hair may not retain the length that you are working so hard to keep. If you must use heat, avoid using it every single day,, try once or twice a month.
Do not shampoo your hair EVERY DAY! Yes, you read that correctly shampooing your hair every single day can make it very dry and brittle. Consider shampooing 2-4 times a month, that is once a week, or twice a month, especially if you sweat a lot. You should apply a deep conditioner when your hair is wet. It’s better to make sections or parts before you begin to condition your hair. Just to make the process easier. You could leave the deep conditioner on for anywhere between 5 minutes to half an hour, or a little longer, that is truly up to you.. Leaving it overnight is only recommended if your hair has gone through permanent damage due to styling.
LOVE! I know this is a serious question, but you have got to stop holding on to dead ends! Think of a plant, when a leaf is dead, what do you do? You cut it OFF so that it doesn't kill the entire plant, correct? So why do you think that holding on to your dead ends will benefit your hair growth journey? It is always health over length, I know that it is hard, but you will be so much happier that you cut those thin stringy ends, when you see how much healthier and fuller your hair will become!
Okay! I am so glad you asked this question! You need to buy our natural hair growth oil and apply it to your scalp with our oil dropper and then gently massage the oil into your scalp in a circular motion. According to research, scalp massages increase hair thickness by stretching the cells of hair follicles. This, in turn, stimulates the follicles to produce thicker hair. It's also thought that a scalp massage may help dilate blood vessels beneath the skin, thereby encouraging hair growth.
ABSOLUTELY! Our natural hair products can be used on relaxed or natural hair types, on all genders, and on all ages. I truly hope that this answers your lovely question.
YES! Think of your hair like a plant! Your hair absorbs nutrients through its roots & relies on a healthy home for strong, steady growth So, Give it plenty of water and nutrients, keep it out of direct sunlight, and listen to what it tells you. Would you LEAVE your plant to die of dehydration? I doubt it, so why do it to your hair? :)
Based on Harvard University, Dry skin occurs when skin doesn't retain sufficient moisture. This can happen as a result of frequent bathing, use of harsh soaps, aging, or certain medical conditions. And for those in colder climates, it can stem from cold, dry winter air.
Skin moisturizers, which rehydrate the top layer of skin cells and seal in the moisture, are the first step in combating dry skin.
My favorite thing about makeup is the fact that our face is the canvas and we are the artist. There Isn't a right or wrong way to create art! My favorite product would absolutely be lashes!
